The Ministry of Pastors Vernon and Tracy Fowler

Pastor Vernon L. Fowler is an anointed man of God who serves as the Senior Pastor of Dominion Church. As Senior Pastor, his mandate is to focus everything and everybody upon Jesus Christ, by committing himself and the ministry to pray about everything, because prayer is priority one.  He is fully persuaded that God has called him according to Luke 4:18-19, "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because He has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor, He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, and to preach the acceptable year (coming) of the Lord." 

Pastor Fowler diligently teaches that ministry begins at home and endeavors to build and strengthen the “total family.”  He preaches a message of family unity, which leads to church unity, and that there is where the blessing of God is.

Pastor Fowler retired from the U.S. Army in 2004 with 23 years of military service. He served in a host of assignments and leadership positions, which culminated as a First Sergeant. He completed an illustrious military career as a highly decorated soldier, and continues to serve military members and their families. Pastor Fowler has been a devoted husband for 35 years, a dedicated father of four children and two grand children, and a disciplined under-shepherd with a servant’s heart. He serves with his beautiful wife and Executive Pastor, Tracy O. Fowler.

Pastor Tracy O. Fowler serves as Executive Pastor and first lady of Dominion Church. She is bonafide prayer warrior that leads by example, by praying about everything and not worrying about anything.

Pastor Tracy is fully persuaded that God has called and anointed her according to Jeremiah 1:10, "See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, to build, and to plant."  She is a virtuous woman who is committed to teach and serve as an example to women of all ages.

Pastor Tracy is a devoted wife of 35 years, a mother of four, and a proud grandmother of two precious grandaughters.
